BRIDES BEWARE! This company ruined the end of our wedding and then didn't have the decency to make it right. These people are absolute criminals and have aggressive/nasty drivers that refuse to give you the full service hours you paid for AND have the balls to fight with you over it!!!!!!!! We rented not only a party bus for the bridal party but also a 54 passenger coach bus to take our guests to and from the hotel and the wedding venue which was approximately a 20-30 minute ride. We paid for 10 hours of coverage from 4 p.m. - 2 a.m. when the wedding ended at 11 p.m. the bus was full and we had an overflow of approx. 20 people (the bridal party), so our family and friends asked the driver to come back and make a second run (since he was contracted for another 3 hours!) He flipped out on my family AND the bridal coordinator who took it upon himself to ask the driver to come back (which he should not have had to do because we paid for it!). The driver was nasty and rude and complained that it would take him an hour to do that. Somehow that justified him not coming back when he had 3 hours left on the contract? He was so aggressive and nasty that our guests were scared driving with him the whole way back to the hotel. My husband and our bridal party were forced to pay for cabs 30 minutes away (my husband and myself had to cram into the back of my hair dresser's car in my big wedding dress) back to the hotel. We had absolutely no problem waiting to get picked up an hour since we had lots of decorations to gather and all of our stuff in the bridal party suite that was scattered. The venue even offered us our left-over food to eat and a few drinks so we could wait but this guy made a huge deal over the fact that we asked him to come back and allegedly refused (from what we were told by our venue and our friends). Ultimately the company claims he came back and we weren't there but why would we wait if we were informed that he 1.) didn't want to come back because it would take to long and 2) refused? Would you wait for him? Absolutely not! THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A QUESTION SINCE WE PAID FOR 3 MORE HOURS OF SERVICE! We called the company and simply asked for a free car service to and from the airport for our honeymoon to make it right but they REFUSED! They offered us only 30% off when the other companies we were quoting offered us 40% off of the service if we initially booked with them. So I brought that to their attention that if we booked our wedding service with the other companies we were getting 40% off right out of the gate! We paid for 3 hours worth of service that we did not get and our entire bridal party paid for cabs to get home that night for a 30 minute drive which they should not have had to do! They were incredibly rude and refused to let me speak with the manager (who I believe his name to be Dan but I'm not sure because I called 4 times over two weeks and he refused to call me back!). Amy was incredibly rude over the phone and was not even apologetic - instead argued with me that her driver was their "BEST" driver and wouldn't do that... First of all, if this is their BEST driver... I can only imagine what their other drivers are like! Amy also lied to us on two of the occasions that I spoke with her. She told my husband that the bride spoke to the driver and told him not to come back (that I was seen on the video surveillance)...I called to confront her because I never even SAW the bus, she straight up lied to me and said SHE NEVER SAID THAT TO HIM... I told her I'd like to see the video but was never given the opportunity to (because they knew it wasn't true!). She then lied further and said that my husband already settled it with her and agreed to the 30% off when he never would have done so given that we were given better offers by other companies! Think twice about this company! The Waterview is so upset with how the driver spoke to the wedding coordinator Colin that they asked us the next day who we used so they would not recommend them to any of their brides! That alone says something! Wish we used Greenlight limo because our friends originally recommended them from their wedding but we went with the cheaper option and ended up getting screwed! Every other aspect of our wedding was absolutely perfect so thankfully we had a great day but this was an awful way to end a long/tiring day! Do NOT book with these people!
